This hotel was great value in comparison to other hotels. Everything was great from the brilliant service to the different food. Everywhere was clean, room with a storage space and a kettle was really good. The location was super - close to entertainment venues and eateries. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were super. There was a huge variety of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The hotel was close to the beach and around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a large contemporary casino. One of the advantages - incredible rooms; they included a bidet and guest toiletries. Everyone from the staff was super. Great value and we did not want to leave there.

The double room was newly remodelled, nice bed. Staff were helpful, breakfast was superb. The service was very good, including a very quick check-in. Also, I parked onsite. The location was fab and amazing, on the normal coach and overlooking the sea. I spent some time with cool drinks in the superb rooftop bar.

The place was 1st class, nothing too much trouble, can't recommend highly enough. The breakfast was above average with fresh fruit and yoghurts, as for instance, and the rooftop bar was a plus. The staff were top-class and incredibly attentive. The location was fab and amazing for Benidorm, not far from Close to shops, the beach too, and indoor market, out door market, and the strip which is all English bars and plenty of entertainment.
It had not very good views.
